I've always had an interest in health, wellness, learning, and mental clarity.  Through trial and error, reading, observing, listening, and being mentored, I've gained an understanding of how to organically heal the body and mind.

It all started with hockey, and like every other kid, my dream was to play in the NHL.  I was always looking to become stronger, faster, better.  Eventually, through dedication to the game, practice, and a couple bouts of good luck, I ended up playing for the University of Maine Black Bears.  During this journey however, I learned that optimal health/longevity and peak sports performance rarely mix.  Being an "I want my cake and I want to eat it too" kind of person, I developed a passion for becoming healthy AND performance oriented.  I love helping people become healthier and happier, and decided to forgo playing hockey professionally in order to become a health coach.

I received my health coaching training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I received my high performance coaching training with Dave Asprey from Bulletproof Executive. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
